Important information - please read before booking
Participants aged 5-15 years must wear a buoyancy aid when taking part in Aqua Mayhem regardless of level of swimming ability. Please be aware that if the participant refuses to wear the appropriate buoyancy aid they will not be able to take part in Aqua Mayhem. Participants aged 16 years and above will be issued a buoyancy aid if requested.
No admittance to the inflatable will be granted after 10 minutes from the session start time. No refunds will be granted to latecomers.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our online booking system. As a result, we will be temporarily accepting walk-in bookings. Please ensure you arrive early to allow our staff sufficient time to process your booking.
Please note that we will be unable to accept walk-in bookings after 1pm for 1.20pm sessions and after 2:10pm for 2.30pm sessions, as all sessions must start promptly to accommodate safety briefings.
